Horrible Designs sells novelty items, including but not limited to apparel, drinkware, decals, and stickers, that may contain crude humor, profanity, sexual innuendo, or other content intended for a mature audience. Product listings, titles, images, and descriptions on this Site may not be suitable for all audiences.

By using this Site and purchasing our products, you confirm that:

Certain collections on the Site (for example, I Had to Say It, MaddK Studio, Royalty Hustle Designs, and Edina Car Show) feature designs or products from independent artists or affiliated sellers. Intellectual property rights in that content belong to the respective artist, brand, or third party, and use of that content is subject to their rights as well as ours.
• Custom design submissions. If you submit artwork, text, or ideas to us through our Custom Design service, you represent that you own the rights to that material or have permission to use it, and you grant us a license to reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from content you submit that infringes a third party's rights.
