Return Policy

All sales are final, with the following exceptions. 

 

  1. Any issues for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted via the form below within 4 weeks after the product has been received.

  2. For packages lost in transit, all issues must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date, via the form below.

  3. For issues where an incorrect address was provided, no refunds will be given. If the package was sent back to us, we can attempt to re-send it out to the correct address, but the buyer must pay the shipping cost. 

 

Any issues deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
